Step 1 - Consultation
Start by paying for yourOnline Consultation at our Online Shop. This is your time to consult with our lawyer on issues you need resolved. A lawyer will review the information you will give us during online consultation and propose the service(s) we can provide. Any documents required in order to complete the provided service, along with an estimated time-frame for completion will be discussed during this process. Online Consultations are done via email correspondence please provide your primary contact email address and contact details during the initial payment stage.
A set fee of US$35 applies to all Online Consultations. To purchase your Online Consultation, select the "Online Consultation" button at the bottom of this page, or select "Online Shop" from the Menu then select "Online Consultation".

Step 2 - Service Selection
At this stage, you should have already received advice from our lawyer during your Online Consultation on what service we can provide. You may now proceed to purchase that service from our Online Shop.
A set fee is outlined in the Online Shop for all our services. To select the service you need, press the "Visit Our Online Shop" button at the bottom of this page, or select "Online Shop" from the Menu.
We strongly advise that all customers start their business with us by buying an Online Consultation. Please do not purchase any of the other services from our Online Shop if you have not had an Online Consultation.

Step 3 - We Provide!
After you have selected and paid for your service, we will proceed to the next step by delivering that service. Take note of the expected time frame for completion that was provided to you during your Online Consultation. Once we complete the service, we will inform you and make the necessary arrangements to send your documents back to you.
It is important to us that your documents are returned to you using a reliable and secure service. The last thing we want is for your documents to be lost during this process. Our preferred and recommended mailing option is FEDEX international door-to-door courier. FEDEX guarantees delivery within 3 - 5 working days! You will be asked to pay the additional return courier fee applicable to your country of residence during service selection at the Online Shop. However, you do not have to pay for this return courier fee if you would prefer to arrange pick up of your documents by a trusted relative or friend in Tonga. You can convey this preference to us during your "Online Consultation".
